DeClutter is an AI-powered tool that helps you create listings for selling secondhand items on third-party marketplaces (Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Vinted, etc.). We are not a marketplace ourselves.
DeClutter offers free and paid subscription tiers. On iOS, paid subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple Account; on the web they are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price and period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — on iOS in your Apple Account settings (at least 24 hours before the period ends), or on the web in your account settings. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple; for web purchases, contact us within 14 days of a charge.
Titles, descriptions, and enhanced photos are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before posting. AI may occasionally make errors.
DeClutter and its AI features are owned by us. Content you create using DeClutter (your listings, photos) remains yours.
DeClutter is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including failed sales, marketplace disputes, or AI errors.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
