DeClutter ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account information: Email address and display name when you register.
- Photos: Images you take or upload are sent to Google's Gemini AI for analysis and enhancement. Images are processed in real time and not stored by DeClutter beyond your account's item listings.
- Item data: Titles, descriptions, prices, and condition notes you create for items you list.
- Usage data: Number of scans used, subscription tier, and general app usage for billing purposes.
- Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
How we use your data

Camera and photos
DeClutter requests camera access to scan items for listing. Photos are sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis. We do not share your photos with any other third parties.
Data retention
Your account data is retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
Data sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purpose of providing the app's features.
Children
DeClutter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
